Hydraulics failed on BOTH EC620 chairs we bought. Just got off the phone with the manufacturer and they say they will send a replacement part for free...

I am a large person and this chair is extremely comfortable. I am towards the high end of the weight so it does wobble a little.

The chair is very comfortable for a large man. Sometimes it feels a bit off-level but overall I like it much better than what I had before. The assembly instructions are TERRIBLE and only make the chair more difficult to put together.
